Class size is limited, and classes often fill quickly, so we have a class cancellation policy in place. While we understand that emergencies can occur, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations, especially for those enrolled in CPR certification or first aid training courses. Class size is limited, and classes often fill quickly, so we have a class cancellation policy in place. While we understand that emergencies can occur, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations, especially for those enrolled in CPR certification or first aid training courses. Rescheduling your class is always an option! We are more than willing to work with you to find another class date or time that accommodates your needs. Notice of cancellation or requests to reschedule may be provided by either phone or email.

Full payment is due upon scheduling the class, which guarantees your seat in the CPR certification or first aid training session. Please note that cash payments are not accepted. Our class cancellation policy states that refunds will be granted to all students who provide at least 24 hours advance notice of class cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 24 hours.
