Class Information:
The Medication Administration Assistant Class is an in-person training course designed to equip caregivers and support staff with the foundational knowledge and skills required for safe and effective medication administration in home health and assisted living facilities.
This class is led by a certified instructor and focuses on the essential components of the medication administration process, including proper documentation, the "Five Rights" of medication administration, handling and storage of medications, and recognizing and responding to medication errors.
